How does the ordering process work?
Choose the design you love and select your available options. After your order is placed, you’ll provide the details needed to personalize your stationery. A digital proof will be sent for approval before your order goes into production.
Can I customize a pre-set design?
Yes. Many Novelii designs can be personalized with your names, wording, colors, and other available details. The customization options available will be listed on each product page.
Do you offer completely custom invitations?
Yes. Fully-Custom wedding stationery is available for couples looking for something unique, one-of-a-kind, created specifically for their celebration. Custom projects begin with an inquiry so I can learn about your vision, event, and stationery needs before providing a quote.
Will I receive a proof before my stationery is printed?
Yes. Personalized stationery will not be sent to print until you have had the opportunity to review and approve your final proof.
How long will my order take?
Turnaround times vary depending on the item, quantity, customization, and current order volume. Estimated production times will be provided before or during the ordering process.
How many invitations should I order?
Invitations are generally ordered per household rather than per guest. I also recommend ordering a few extras for last-minute additions, keepsakes, photography, or addressing mistakes.
Can you create matching stationery for my invitation suite?Yes. Depending on the design, coordinating pieces such as menus, place cards, table details, and other day-of stationery may be available.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because personalized and custom pieces are created specifically for you, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged after shipping. If there is ever an issue with your order, or concerns along the way please contact Novelii so I can help make it right.
